Knobs
Knobs bought online must be paid in full before the order is processed.
Online knob orders may be returned within two weeks for a refund less shipping or for an exchange plus shipping.
In store showroom purchases receive credit or exchange only.
All custom knob orders are non-refundable.
Furniture
All furniture and home accessories are non-refundable.
All furniture orders require a 50% deposit upon ordering. Once the raw furniture has been ordered from our supplier, this deposit is non-refundable. However, the deposit may be applied towards in-store credit for any other purchases.
Please Note: In case of goods damaged during shipping it is the customers responsibility to retain all packaging and goods for inspection by the carrier for them access a claim.
